The Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) is a nonprofit organization created more than 40 years ago by Minneapolis business leaders to increase and improve affordable housing in the Twin Cities. One of its core purposes is to assist local communities with housing revitalization and community development initiatives. Since 2002, GMHC's HousingResource Center™ has partnered with the City of St. Anthony to provide its residents with housing programs and services.
GMHC has a construction manager on staff to provide free consultations to home owners to prioritize and plan improvement projects, write scopes of work, make contractor referrals and evaluate bids.
For more information, call GMHC's Housing Resource Center at 612-588-3033, or visit the GMHC Website.
